First Group Dynamics utilise a top of the range billing system for all Voice, Connectivity solutions. Our invoice and summaries are completely transparent showing destinations dialled, Cost to each destination and duration to each destination.

Service Charges & Reoccurring Charges

The invoice will also outline in detail any reoccurring charges such as ADSL monthly rental or monthly Wholesale Line rental charges enabling you to see exactly which services you have with First Group Dynamics.

Monthly Call Itemisation

We are also able to offer complete call itemisation as part of the monthly invoice. Call itemisation enables you to manage exactly which calls are being made and at what time within the day. Itemisation can be provided in paper format or in email format (Microsoft Excel).

Email Billing

First Group Dynamics can provide your monthly bill via email. The invoice and summary are provided in Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf) and call itemisation in Excel Format (.csv).

Extension Billing

This is a useful protocol for small businesses. You do not require the cost of call logging, software and hardware equipment. This facility works on digital lines with a DDI range logging every call made from each extension. In conjunction with the First Group Dynamics Ltd billing platform the facility provides clients with the ability to monitor individuals on time, date, destination and cost. This facility is available with a combination of CPS and line rental.
