24-Hour Support and Fault Resolution

With 24-hour access to your account manager and support staff, we are able to test for faults directly, and deal with BT or the relevant carrier. In addition to direct 24-hour contact with your account manager, you benefit from having the technical and fault support of the Tier 1 Carrier and BT as a backup
